Meet Our Coaches
Leon Mason
Leon picked up competitive bodybuilding late in life as a challenge to himself, and became attached to the sport. He is driven by a lifelong passion for fitness. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 15, Leon's doctors encouraged him to participate in sports throughout his childhood and teens as a means to manage his condition. This early experience instilled a deep understanding of the connection between physical activity and well-being.
His dedication to diet and fitness, provides a unique and comprehensive approach to training. Leon specializes in strength training, physique development, weight loss and is equipped to work with individuals ranging from beginners to athletes of all levels, helping them build sustainable healthy habits.
